Fotografen och Jag...

Idag har jag haft ett mycket spännande möte med en fantastisk fotograf och tillika energigivande vän, Lina Nydahl. Hennes fantastiska bilder kan du se på www.linanydahl.com. Lina kommer hjälpa oss med foton till denna hemsida och jag vet att de kommer få snålvattnet att rinna på er... Jag och Johan har också varit iväg på en jätterolig catering! Och som en gammal kontorsråtta kan jag bara böja mitt huvud allra ödmjukast och säga till alla er i restaurangbranchen: All heder! Så slut som jag var i kroppen kan jag nog knappt komma ihåg när jag senast var... Men det var roligt att få jobba tillsammans på riktigt, ännu roligare att upptäcka att det fungerade! Annars då? Jo tack, det rullar på i en rasande takt, vi håller bara i oss och tjoar i kurvorna och nyper oss i armen ibland. Det senaste är att Johan har fått ett uppdrag på en framstående restaurang i Stockholm, som köttsommelier. Hans roll innebär att vara ute i restaurangen och tranchera det kött som gästerna beställt, direkt vid bordet! Så annorlunda och roligt och exakt den typ av uppdrag som gör att han utmanar sig själv med saker som han aldrig gjort förut och växer både som kock och som människa. Själv har jag fullt upp med marknadsföringsbiten kring Trosa Xpo. Det är en utställning av företagare i Trosa kommun som brukar gästas av många besökare. Ni kommer väl förbi? Jag lovade er receptet på såsen som Johan bjöd på till vår karrémiddag: Vitt vin Charlottenlök Vitlök Kycklingbuljong Ajvar Dijonsenap Dragon Creme fraiche Salt & peppar. Stek på köttet och låt det sen brässera tillsammans med ovan ingredienser, blanda och ge efter eget smaktycke... Längtar du till våren? Det gör vi också och försöker att utnyttja de underbara dagarna med att vara utomhus... Solen, en kaffe och en stol mot en husvägg gör underverk för själen. Må solen lysa på din näsa. Camilla |
